avoid this tour company

We encountered Prestige Tour (a branch in Chernihiv) when the children traveled to Bulgaria in June 2011. We did not choose the travel agency ourselves, because the dance group of children was traveling, and certain people were engaged in this. As mentioned in previous reviews, at first a beautiful girl is drawn one price for the tour, then, closer to departure, it turns out that for some reason you have to pay extra and not a small amount. The bus that drove to Bulgaria for 24 hours deserves a special review. a lot of seats do not fold out, the bus does not have air conditioning, although when boarding the bus, a beautiful girl from Prestige Tour said that the air conditioner had just been repaired and you don’t need to turn it on much, because you can catch a cold. Our group was lucky that we were settled in that the hotel that we paid for. There were many groups of children with parents who were settled in another hotel, much worse. The children were promised a water park for a lower price (since a large group was traveling), but all this remained promises , no one from the Bulgarian side even knew that Prestige Tour promises such "benefits" to its customers.

In general, dear tourists, avoid this travel agency, because their words are very different from reality.
