We want to express our deep gratitude to the agency "Simple Solutions" for their help in choosing a tour and for a great vacation. We contacted the agency not for the first time, we bought tickets to the UAE in October 2013 from an employee of Larisa and were very pleased with her professionalism and competence! The agency employees are always very attentive, friendly. I get off work late, so they always met me and waited for me, while giving maximum time and attention. They also offered a lot of interesting offers for countries and hotels. At the same time, we received complete information on the chosen hotel, its location, food at the hotel, climate, airlines. We were very quickly issued visas to the UAE and the entire package of documents for relax. We were very satisfied with the hotel offered by the agency. Separately, many thanks to Larisa for her professionalism and for our great vacation! I recommend this agency to everyone!
