A bus tour was chosen with a visit to interesting and important cities for us (Paris and Munich). A week before departure, the tour that we picked up and paid for was canceled. We were offered another one, but without visiting Munich, although Paris was preserved! We have already bought tickets for buses and railways, a vacation has been issued, i.e. There are no options for changing dates and times. We have to agree to the terms of the travel agency, but the current situation spoils the mood and the planned trip. It was the first experience of cooperation and, I think, the last! Very let down!
