Contacted the travel agency on the advice of friends. At first, it took a very long time to choose a tour, because the manager Tatyana pours a lot of water. It was necessary to fly out in the near future, but for some reason Tatyana assured me that there were no flights on the right date. We called another agency, they said that there is. Immediately after that, Tatyana also found departures, it is not clear why it all happened. After much discussion, we finally chose the tour. We had to fly from Novosibirsk and we were told which train to buy tickets for, etc. We bought train tickets and it turned out that our departure was a day later, it’s sad that an experienced manager could not pick up a train ticket based on the departure time. In general, thanks for the lost money on train tickets, spoiled mood.
