Good afternoon!

I would like to share with you my experience of dealing with Rashid. This summer (beginning of June) they finally confirmed my vacation and I decided to go to the nearest travel agency to my work. I work in the VDNKh area, and it so happened that I went to this company, I wanted to choose a tour package to Tunisia (I was already there once), book it right away, make a small advance payment to be calm that I won’t be left without a trip to the sea. So, at first I had to wait quite a long time until one gentleman (Ibrahim, it seems) was released. I already wanted to leave, but at the last moment they held me back, put me on a chair and began to “look for” a ticket. After some time of communication with the gentleman, I realized that the person does not understand this direction at all, although it is stated that this company is a tour operator in Tunisia.

Even I, not really knowing anything about Tunisia, since I was there only once in Monastir, I already at least imagined what kind of country and where I want to go, and this manager (the only employee, by the way, along the way) seems to not know the hotel base at all , resorts in Tunisia, local attractions ... In general, after spending some time, I realized that I did not want to choose anything in this company. Do not want and that's it. An unpleasant company, an impolite manager, a suffocating office... I wanted to leave, but this gentleman had apparently already decided to finish me off and wouldn't let me out of the office directly! He began to persuade me to buy a tour and (most importantly) to prepay it, although neither the hotel nor the cost suited me (last year I flew 41,000 rubles for two to a 4 * hotel, now he offered 52,000 rubles for one, the hotel is also 4 *, also Monastir).

But when I realized that this manager did not understand in a good way that I was not going to buy a tour from him, I just got up and started to leave, saying “goodbye”, to which he rudely and very sharply replied “good riddance, nowhere you will never fly away." And it was really in a very rude and arrogant form. I don’t know, maybe the person was completely out of sorts, but how can you talk to customers like that? How does anyone even buy from him? Extremely unpleasant person. There is a huge competition in the field of tourism, how does such a company hold up? Maybe only due to the fact that he sells tickets at exorbitant prices, albeit occasionally?

Therefore, I am writing my review so that you know where you are going to buy your tour. And in general, do not let anyone be rude to you, let alone deceive you, always study prices in different places and on the Internet. Then perhaps such "companies" by themselves will soon disappear from the market, which will certainly be very good.
