I was very upset with the work of the Ross-Tour travel agency. There were many problems during the trip that we were not even warned about.
Having chosen a 3 * fortune ticket, we were assured that almost all hotels have their own beach. Apparently by "lucky chance" it was our hotel that did not have its own beach. I had to ride in a crowded bus and only at certain hours - 2 times a day.
For some reason, a similar ticket in another company cost 4,500 rubles. less ... (as we later learned from fellow countrymen who purchased the same trips to the Bounty). And they were warned in advance about the hotel and about the lack of a beach. Although they, too, rode fortune. If she is not okay!
They also advised us to buy a local SIM card upon arrival in Turkey. Type will pay off in the first seconds. We did just that. Simka cost 600 rubles. Enough for 1 minute of conversation with Omsk and 3 messages. Trust them after that!
We were also not warned that excursions from local tour companies in Turkey are 2-3 times cheaper than from a tour operator (in our case, Tez Tour).
When we turned to Ross-Tour from Turkey with a request to help us with resettlement, we were thrown links to decent hotels and nothing more. When the working day ended in Omsk (19.00), and in Turkey it was only 15.00 and the working day was in full swing, the Omsk tour company told us that, unfortunately, the working day was over, which did not depend on them ... and wait for tomorrow ... (and this is already was the 3rd day at sea, which we really have not seen yet).
Then we began to solve the problem on our own, with tears through the guide. And we succeeded! In the morning we wrote about this to the workers of the Russian tour. To which they replied: “Yes, we know. This is what we told the guide. Already funny! How fluffy they wanted to look in our eyes.
Upon arrival, I wrote them a “thank you letter”. To which she received the most rude response with name-calling.
I would not recommend this tour company to anyone!
