I booked a house for the New Year holidays through this travel agency. One of the main conditions that we needed was 2 separate bedrooms, because. two different families were traveling, one of which had a child of three years. We found an option, according to the manager Tatyana (office in the Aquarium shopping center), with two hotel rooms, two separate exits for each family. Upon arrival, it turned out that we paid not for the whole house, but for 1/2 of its part with ONE COMMON ROOM FOR ALL!!!!! The holiday was ruined by everyone without exception. Thank you Samaraintur for a great start to 2014!!!!!! I do not recommend this company when planning a vacation in Russia.
