We paid for a tour to Karlovy Vary. Received as usual a contract for the provision of services and a credit note. We didn't get a tour or money. Director of "Samaraintour S" Segal Serafima Mikhailovna refuses, says that she personally did not take our money. And the head of the Renaissance branch, Tatyana Biryukova, who booked the tour for us, spent our money for personal purposes. Don't believe??? Come to the court session on 12/14/2018. at 15:00.
