Sent to a terrible hotel, the director of the agency - Sirenko Irina Grigorievna during our visit was absent "for 15 minutes" and came only an hour later, without even apologizing. Didn't report any negative reviews for this hotel since early July. She reproached us for the cost of phone calls to Turkey about the problem. The hotel is called "Soli Beach", located in Alanya. In a "four-star" hotel, the staff did not have a uniform, hot water was on schedule, the air conditioner did not function for 3 days, the room was not cleaned at all during the 9 days of our stay, linen and towels were not changed, there were no glasses, watches in the room , refrigerator. The pool was very dirty, the water was brown in color. The staff responded to complaints with promises only. People from other rooms complained about leaks and broken glass in the room. The buffet did not meet sanitary requirements, there were dirty dishes, tablecloths, a swarm of flies were flying.
Low quality food. The beach is not equipped.
