Good, reliable company

For several years in a row, the whole family has been going on vacation from the Sandal-Travel tour operator. Real professionals work here, who honestly and objectively provide all information about the rest. This year we rested in Tunisia from September 9 to September 23 at the Lti Mahdia Beach Hotel 4 *, Tunisia / Mahdia?. We liked the rest: clear transparent sea, delicious food, lots of fruits, polite waiters and friendly maids. A few days before leaving home for St. Petersburg, we learned that the Versa company, for which we had tickets for the charter, stopped serving customers . The mood was terrible, but the tour operator reassured us and promised that we would be taken out by a Tourist Aid plane. As a result, we left the hotel on time, but the Tourist Assistance flight was to Moscow. When leaving the hotel, our tour operator called us and said that he had booked tickets at his own expense for a plane from Moscow to St. Petersburg for us and another family of their clients.

It was especially pleasant to hear from them the words: "We do not abandon our tourists!" Two hours after arriving at Domodedovo, we boarded the plane and an hour later we were at home in St. Petersburg. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to director Nadezhda and manager Alexander for their honest and conscientious attitude towards their clients.
