Good afternoon! We went to Turkey in June 2014, the city of Kemer, Meder Resort 5. Our family thanks your Company for a well-organized vacation in Turkey.
I want to express my gratitude to the guide Yakub Yakubov and Alexander (unfortunately I don’t know his last name) for their care and kindness! I have never met a better guide!
Alexander met us at the airport. An erudite, competent and friendly young man. He has a perfect command of the material, knows how to present it, to interest the listener. He has a very finely worked out transition from one object to another. All material listens organically and whole. He guided tourists in great detail and skillfully, knowing the entire route well. He supported everyone with his energy and enthusiasm. It was easy, comfortable and incredibly interesting!
Jakub, the hotel guide, was always attentive to us, very thoughtful, calm and helpful.
A high professional, an excellent organizer, an interesting interlocutor and an unusually kind person. We always received detailed and competent information about everything that may be required on the tour on time. He perfectly solved organizational and everyday issues: he always made sure that we did not get lost, we ate delicious food, settled quickly and comfortably, and was very reasonable in organizing recreation and entertainment. He answered all our questions with calmness and respect and helped in a difficult situation. Did much more than other guides. Just a unique person!
Unfortunately, you can’t write all the impressions here, the emotions were just over the edge! It was the best trip ever. I wish all tourists such guides, and all the best to them, very nice, good people, I didn’t want to part with them. Thank you for being with us! See you soon!
