The worst agency I have ever worked with. Designed for "maybe it will pass" !!! We traveled half the world and have never seen such an attitude where they communicate with you politely, but do not fulfill anything promised! Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff! The hotel is HORRIBLE !!!! Stink, bugs, dirt , blood on the walls!!!! We contacted the management within three days to achieve at least some kind of justice! Nothing but promises! They didn’t even deign to call us back, but they didn’t forget to interrupt us every word when we called and asked to change our hotel. To our question why you do not call back, the director of the company, Alexander, replied that he did not have money on his account to contact us, but he did not forget to promise to contact us if only we were silent. And two days later the director disappeared altogether and one or the other person spoke to us, referring to each other. Neither rest nor work happened, although WIFI was promised and this was one of the most important conditions for our trip. Since the trip combined business and leisure. Not to mention that it is IMPOSSIBLE to invite partners to the hotel lobby!!!! We were offered one decision to pay another 2 thousand euros and change the hotel. . . JUST A NIGHTMARE!!!!! It's a pity that such an attitude and thoughts are not about customers, but how to get customers not money ((((scoop, already disgusting. . . . . . Believe me, in our whole life we are writing the first review of this nature.
Come on! Good travel agency. We have been going through them for the 3rd year, always a positive impression. We visited Turkey 2 times, and Egypt, now we are going to Europe.
They always honestly talk about the advantages and disadvantages of hotels, select the most convenient option according to the desires and budget. You can even fool your head with endless questions about all sorts of local excursions)))

Да ладно вам!Хорошее турагенство. Мы через них уже 3й год ездим, всегда позитивное впечатление. Побывали и в Турции 2 раза, и в Египте, сейчас собираемся в Европу.
Всегда честно расскажут о достоинствах и недостатках отелей, подберут самый удобный вариат согласно желаниям и бюджету. Можно даже поморочить голову бесконечными расспросами про всякие местные экскурсии )))
