My mother bought a voucher for treatment at the Miskhor sanatorium in Yalta at a price of 395 UAH / day in this "sharashka office", when asked why the voucher indicated a 2-bed settlement and basic treatment (although a 1-bed room and individual treatment), the answer was given: that this is a standard voucher form, and the conditions will be those that were agreed upon. Upon arrival, it turned out that my mother would live permanently in a room with a woman who paid 310 UAH per day. Calling the "Fresh Wind" campaign, I found out that as a TOUR OPERATOR they have the right to set their own prices, and everything is indicated in the ticket ... That is, we became a victim of a banal swindler, trusting him with our money and taking his word for it ... We do not demand back their money, just really want to get treatment and service.
