Calling the "Fresh Wind" campaign, I found out that as a TOUR OPERATOR they have the right to set their own prices, and everything is indicated in the ticket ... That is, we became a victim of a banal swindler, trusting him with our money and taking his word for it ... We do not demand back their money, just really want to get treatment and service.

Let's start from the opposite:
1. You can’t take a word. The ticket (voucher) must indicate what the tourist has paid for. In addition, it was necessary to conclude an AGREEMENT, which specifies all the essential conditions of the tour.
2. If you booked SINGLE accommodation, and settled in a double room with another vacationer, then either the travel agency deceived you, or the sanatorium deceived you (this is also not excluded, alas). When checking into a sanatorium, it was necessary to demand FROM THE TRAVEL COMPANY ..

Начнём от обратного:
1. Верить на слово нельзя. В путёвке (ваучере) должно быть указано то, что турист оплатил. Помимо этого необходимо было заключить ДОГОВОР, где указаны все существенные условия тура.
2. Если Вы бронировали ОДНОМЕСТНОЕ размещение, а поселили в двухместный номер с другим отдыхающим, то либо Вас обманула турфирма, либо Вас обманул санаторий (такое тоже не исключается, увы). При заселении в санаторий необходимо было требовать ОТ ТУРФИРМЫ..

4. ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНОГО лечения в санатории не существует. В стоимость санаторно-курортной путёвки входит проживание, питание, базовое (стандартное) санаторно-курортное лечение по назначению врача санатория исходя из профиля заболевания и индивидуальных показаний.

Мораль: все существенные условия тура необходимо получить в виде договора с подписью и печатью фирмы.
