If you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not use the services of the Northern Capital company. I went with the tour company Northern Capital for the May Day holidays in Tallinn and I do not advise anyone to use the services of this company. The tour went horribly. 1) 2 days before departure, everyone was notified that we would not return to Moscow by bus, as planned, but by train from St. Petersburg, and we would arrive in Moscow not before lunch on May 2, as stated, but at 14:30. I tried to cancel the tour due to a change in conditions, but they refused to refund my money. I refused the train on the condition of returning the cost of the train ticket to me 950 rubles. They promised to give the money on the bus, but they did not, saying that they would return it at the Moscow office. The bus left Moscow with a delay of about an hour. The bus was terrible. Went to the second floor. The air conditioner was blowing almost all the time, although I regularly asked the driver to turn it off. As a result, I caught a cold.

At times the bus smelled like a toilet. The tea declared in the coupon was offered only in the morning at the Estonian border. We stood at the border for 3 hours and arrived in Tallinn with a 4-hour delay. We were settled in a different hotel than it was stated (the tour assumed accommodation in spa hotels with unlimited access to saunas and a swimming pool). The return bus was without a toilet and hot tea. On the way back, the bus stood at the border for more than 7 hours. No one tried to explain anything to the tourists: they just brought them to a settling site on the outskirts of Narva and said "we are waiting for our turn to travel." waited until midnight. when they realized that the tourists were not in time for the train, the head of the company told the guide that people would be taken to the Moscow railway station in St. Petersburg and that was it. "Let them hand over tickets and buy new ones." After this conversation, the director's phone became unavailable. People were simply thrown at the station in another city. 7.

05 I wrote a claim and an application for the return of money for travel from St. Petersburg to Moscow (in the Moscow office they said that Peter should return), but so far I have not seen any reaction to my appeal.
