For the fourth year I have been contacting the agency to purchase a tour. With the help of Sergey, the whole family flew to Egypt, Vietnam, the Dominican Republic. Everything is consistently good every time. I will especially note his individual approach and consideration of all wishes and details. Accurate, even scrupulous, attitude to the execution of documents (service contracts) and the issuance of documents for the tour: provisions, tickets, etc. Everything is clear, correct - which is important.
