I'll start by saying that I learned about the tour from a spam email with information about the tour to Krakow on March 8! The trip was just awful! At first, nothing foreshadowed anything bad, the benevolent leader, Tatyana, the drivers, presented as having driven the Earth hundreds of times along the equator. We left at 20.00. The neighbor's seat did not fold out, he called the driver, he confirmed that the seat was broken and did not fold out! Everything is fine! Stops were made at gas stations, where there are toilets for 1 person. And at one gas station, in general, only 2 people were allowed in. The leader, instead of giving the order to take people to another gas station, stood and smiled. At the border, they stood for 5 hours due to the fact that a foreign citizen (Cuban) did not deign to take the originals of the relevant documents. Why don't the company's employees know what documents to take? Further, upon arrival in Lancut, it turned out that the excursion was for zlotys. And in the description of the tour - in euros. Naturally, many did not have zlotys and we walked on the street for 2 hours. Then - the worst thing - the drivers strayed from the direct road to Krakow !!! and moreover, could not find a hotel!!! Moreover, we drove under the bridge, 2.5 m high, while the height of the bus was 3.1 m. As a result, we pulled back and organized a traffic jam. We arrived at the hotel from the 4th stop - the passenger helped! We drove - attention - day !!!! Garbage was never taken away! The leader, Tatyana, is a good person, she read poetry, told a lot, but she is not doing her job. She works in an office, not with people. Shame, the travel agency ruined people's holiday! Sorry for the time and wasted health! As long as we have such travel agencies, we will suffer and be second-class people. I won’t be surprised if the company’s license is taken away in the near future. Someday they'll hit! And I think they already ran into!

Unfortunately, it turned out that the road is paved with good intentions... it's clear where. In an effort to provide the most comfortable, large and new bus for this trip, so that the group would be comfortable during the night crossing, we did not take into account the addition in the face of two boorish drivers.
Уважаемые туристы! Благодарю за замечания и приношу извинения за негативные впечатления, которые остались у Вас после поездки. К сожалению, оказалось, что благими намерениями вымощена дорога...понятно куда. В стремлении предоставить на эту поездку наиболее комфортабельный, большой и новый автобус, чтобы группе было уютно во время ночного переезда, мы не учли довесок в лице двух хамов-водителей.

К сожалению, на момент, когда проявилась их истинная сущность, высадить никого из них было нельзя. На работу таможни и погодные условия, опять же, к сожалению, мы ПОКА влияния не имеем, хотя и приносим еще раз извинения за длительность ожидания и хмурый день. Надеюсь все же, что отель, экскурсии и сам Краков доставили Вам хотя бы немного удовольствия.
