They see nothing positive in the trip, only negative. But there were a lot of positives! After all, I was right next to them!
The hotel "Brigantina", in which we were settled, is located on a picturesque island near the park. Whoever has not been to the park yet, I recommend (get a boost of energy from what you see!). It is located opposite the stop. metro station "Krestovsky Island". And how many impressions from excursions to Tsarskoye Selo, Pavlovsk, Peterhof, Kronshtat, the Hermitage, the Peter and Paul Fortress, the Issakievsky Cathedral! Yes, and the guide Tatyana, a native Leningrader who loves her city, spoke very excitingly about Petrograd! Each tourist was photographed against the backdrop of unforgettable places. And in the memory of the whole group, I think, only memories of the beautiful will remain, and minor troubles will be forgotten very quickly. You should not translate your vacation into one claim to the organizers of the tour, you need to look for something good. And believe me, if you analyze the whole trip, there will be much more good!
This is my third time buying a tour from the Selena Tour Company, and I have never regretted it! My first acquaintance with the agency was in September last year - I bought a tour to Germany "Tales of the Old Rhine" In one trip to visit four countries (Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg) - this is the limit of my dreams!
On New Year's holidays there was a trip to Lvov. Sea of impressions! And here is San Petersburg!

I came across this travel agency when I was about to go on holiday to Turkey. We came to the office, we think we’ll talk now, they’ll tell us everything ... As soon as we sat down, we decided to tell how we see our vacation, what they would advise us .. and then the phrase of this Dmitry: “You sit for a while, I’ll finish the contract” . Well, we think okay. Let's wait 5 minutes. We sat for 20 minutes, leafing through magazines and booklets. And he’s still sitting in his computer and it’s as if we don’t exist at all. Then he began to move, something to click there, to pick up. In general, no attention, no communication skills, no initiative, no interest in clients. This annoyed me very much and I understood that he did not need clients. She turned around and left.
So think 100 times before you waste your precious time.
Я столкнулась с этим туристическим агентством, когда собиралась поехать отдыхать в Турцию. Мы пришли в офис, думаем, сейчас пообщаемся,нам всё расскажут... Как только сели, решили рассказать, как мы видим свой отдых, что нам посоветуют.. и тут фраза этого ж Дмитрия:"Вы пока посидите, я договор допишу". Ну думаем, ладно. 5 минут подождем. Минут 20 сидели, листали журналы, буклеты. А он всё сидит в своем компе и как будто нас вообще нету. Потом уже начал шевелиться, что то там клацать, подбирать. Вобщем, внимания никакого, никакой коммуникабельности, инициативы, никакого интереса к клиентам. Меня это очень раздражало и я так поняла, что ему клиенты не нужны. Развернулась, и ушла.
Так что 100 раз подумайте, прежде чем тратить свое драгоценное время.
