Hello, dear participants of the bus tour "March 8 in Krakow" !!! I thought I would be the first with my review - but no, a queue of "grateful" travelers! there are from our group. . . The first impression of Tatyana was almost positive. I couldn’t figure out the numbering of places - nonsense, everyone was accommodated anyway! but the drivers (who drove the world in 80 days at the equator) caused slight bewilderment. . . and a day later it transformed into a persistent fierce dislike :)) I will try not to repeat my colleague, and only confirm the lack of prescribed sanitary stops, the inability to drink tea and coffee, dust and dirt on the bus, the stove is too hot (they said that it does not turn off ) and too cold air conditioning through the cracks of the neoplan. at customs, we stood in a clogged bus for 5 hours! There was really no visibility through the misted windows. I got the impression that the tour was not led by Tatyana, but by professional drivers !!! we go further. as for excursions - all prices are in PLN. why we are bred for the euro is not clear. and the cost in euros is almost 3 times too high (60 UAH and 15 euros is there a difference?) It’s unpleasant that Selena Tour is trying to make money so unceremoniously. now I understand that they have a systematic approach and it concerns every excursion and service. just a minute! today, March 8 and at 16:00 we check into the hotel. women are set for the holiday! but professional drivers have their own tough calculation! therefore, exhausted by a long tiring road, women and their sad companions literally crawl out of the bus at 20 pm. The drivers were completely unaware of either the city or the country. I would like to read the explanations of selenium-tour about this whole lawlessness. why was half a day stolen from us in Krakow? why no compensation followed? why does the hotel, bus, price of excursions change every time on this tour? why the next day 2 excursions were held with such a wonderful schedule - 9 and 18 hours? plus the lack of free time drew a line under the negative review of the tour. special thanks to all members of our group - in this test they showed endurance, calmness, respect for others, a sense of humor, delicacy. Ukrainians are truly a wonderful nation, you just have to do everything yourself! And for those who want to go to Krakow for Easter, I advise you to think 100 times and stay at home. or choose another travel company! All the best!

Your friends referred to another hotel, which is not our base hotel, since we received one-time wholesale discounts in it due to the size of the group (more than 70 people) and the low season. I don't think you would enjoy traveling in a double-decker bus with 69 other tourists, so every situation has its advantages and disadvantages.

And the Novotel Centrum 4* is really a wonderful hotel, a room costs about 120 euros per night (the cost of your entire tour), and it is really worth staying in during your individual trips.

As for overpayments for excursions. As your guide in Krakow already explained to you, the cost of the tour includes not only the cost of tickets, but also the work of two Russian-speaking guides, an advance booking fee, and transport costs (as in Wieliczka). Of course, we include a certain profit in the cost of excursions, because we organize them, take risks with early bookings and are not created as a charitable foundation, but this profit is far from being as big as you imagine.

At the same time, I also draw your attention to the fact that the cost of all electives is indicated on the website in the tour program, and absolutely no one is forcing you to attend them. You are quite free to go to any museum, buy entrance tickets (if available), hire a personal Russian-speaking guide (if you see the need for this) and not consider yourself robbed.
