I do not advise you to contact Seven Seas in St. Petersburg. I had the pleasure of going to Finland for the new year. For a start, they lost their visa photos and blamed the consulate. Taking into account the fact that a person lives in another city, it was a problem to keep up with new photos. Several times I turned to the manager with a question whether the guide would have all the documents, including insurance. Each time they answered that yes, everything would be there, there was no need to disturb them. Of course, they didn’t bring the insurance policy to the bus, they didn’t answer phone calls and in fact it was impossible to use insurance. It’s good that insurance was not needed, otherwise there would be great difficulties. They tried to convince Moray that it was my own fault for everything, but they are white and fluffy and do not bear responsibility for their actions (inaction). "Pay money and roll."
