Due to the fact that members of our family used to apply to the agency For a vacation in Zaporozhye, at the time of choosing an agency for booking a vacation, there was no doubt where to go to buy a tour. Moreover, my wife assured our friends that there would be no problems with the quality of services, but. . . . It is worth noting that we planned our vacation in advance and with a large company from different cities. Several people left earlier than we did, and the rest, including us, only 6 people (including a child of 2 years old) used the services of the travel agency "Na Vacation" located in Zaporizhia on Soborny Ave. At the time of booking, we will inform the agency employee of the name of the hotel and its location (geotag), received a booking confirmation and made payment. Upon arrival in Turkey (3 a.m.), the host informed us that the hotel was closed and no one began to listen to our arguments that part of our company was already living in the hotel where we were going. We were necessarily settled in another hotel, in another city 50 km from the place we were going to visit! It should be noted the indifference of the travel agency employees, we contacted them immediately and it turned out that the girl - the agency employee booked us another hotel because of the consonant name with the one we were going to! How is this possible? We are in a foreign country, without a normal connection, with a small child in our arms at night. . . And after negotiations lasting 12 hours, in the hope that the employees of the travel agency would correct their mistakes, we received a response from the management of the agency that the reason for the error was the “human factor”. And we had to correct this mistake somewhere far away, on our own and with a child in our arms.. In conclusion, I want to note that after we left the hotel without permission, a miracle happened! We were rebooked the hotel we needed within a couple of hours and even returned the money spent on a taxi. What was all this fuss about? Wasted rest day, exhausted nerves. . .
