Two days ago we returned from a tour in Transcarpathia for the May holidays. I want to say right away that I saw negative reviews about Igor published on the Smile website, and therefore I was very glad that there was no person with that name among the employees of the travel agency. But it was not there! Already on the bus, we were confronted with the fact that the same Igor would be the leader of the group. It turns out that Smile did not recruit the required number of people and supplemented the group of the Universal-Tour agency with his clients. At the same time, they did not bother to inform us that the trip program differs from that published on the website and in Smile's information sheet, which I was guided by when planning my future vacation. As a result, instead of 3 castles, we spent only 1 hour in only one of them. Instead of visiting an ostrich and reindeer farm, we were taken to a buffalo farm. At the moment, its owners are not yet ready to fully accept and feed tourists. The mood was spoiled. Further the situation with the pools in Kosino. Everything is standard here: they collected 300 UAH each on the bus. , the check came out 240 UAH. Igor promised to return the difference in the evening / tomorrow / later / in Lviv. In the end, the money was returned only to those who started aggressively, no, very persistently! demand it. Katerina left a similar review exactly a year ago, returning from the same tour. Then Smile promised to look into the situation, but it keeps repeating itself, and with enviable constancy. I turned to Smile's employees with a proposal to treat their clients with respect and, on the eve of departure, WARN us about all changes in the tour program, TELL us who will accompany the group. I, for one, am not ready to entrust my safety again to a person who abuses alcohol during work hours. We pay money for a quality service, and we have the right to receive exactly the services we expect. It's been 2 days, but my review has not yet been published on Smile's website. Apparently it's easier for the tour operator: no feedback - no problems. But in reality it is not so.
