The agency did not manage to issue a visa in time, which became known on the eve of my departure. I was supposed to fly out early in the morning, and the visa was handed over to me only on the day of departure in the afternoon.
This situation was not caused by delays or failures in the work of the Consulate, but solely by the unscrupulous attitude towards its work of this agency.
However, they refused to return the money or send me to rest at other times, saying that the agency was not responsible for what happened. I at all
in this stressful situation for myself, which upset me to the point of darkness in my eyes, I faced a very formal and dry attitude towards myself.
I was offered to buy at my own expense, for 10,000 rubles, a ticket to the place of rest, fly on the second day of the tour in the evening and lose two days from my already short week-long vacation.
I refused. A detailed claim describing my position and demanding compensation for damages, as well as a personal visit to the agency, had no effect.
However, when I had already come to terms with the lost rest, they called me a couple of minutes before 20-00, on the day I was supposed to fly, and they said that they were still ready to buy me a ticket for tomorrow to the place of rest, but on the condition that I I will write a waiver of all claims, I will not have a transfer from the airport to the hotel, and I still lose a day of my tour. The decision had to be made immediately, because in a couple of minutes
the box office is closed. I replied that if there is a transfer and some gift for the lost day (excursion, something as a bonus), then I agree. The agency refused.
The agency had a day and a half to resolve my situation, during which nothing was done, so I consider this call at the last moment not as a real desire of the agency to find a solution, but as an attempt to put psychological pressure on me, so that in a stressful situation, when there is no time to orient and think, to force me to accept all the conditions of the agency that do not meet my interests. Now I am preparing documents for the court, but nothing will return my lost vacation. My next vacation from work will be in six months. I hope that my review will help in the fight against unscrupulous travel agencies.
