We turned to the t/f "Solaris" because we were interested in a specific hotel in Rhodes, while other t/o either did not sell it, or, as in the case of "Biblioglobus", they did not sell it by bank transfer. The contract was signed on July 19, 2014. departure date 18.09. The amount of the tour for 6 people = 230100 rubles. On the first day I made a deposit of 30 thousand rubles. The first half of the payment was made on 29.07., the second (final) part of the payment was made on 05.08. those. a month and two weeks before departure (at the same time, no deadlines for payment were set either in the contract or verbally, I mean that there were no violations on our part). The tour operator still turned out to be Biblioglobus. But "Solaris" transferred only half of the amount to the tour operator, in connection with which, naturally, BG canceled the application on 10.09. After that, Solaris tried to send us through Mouzenidis already to Crete, but also screwed up. As a result, 18.09. they offered to write an application for a refund, which we did and are now waiting.

6 people lost their vacation, among them four orphans, money for which was collected by philanthropists-sponsors. Draw your own conclusions.
