In search of a tour for the New Year on the Internet, I went to the Solaris travel agency - I saw a very interesting tour in Tenerife from them. Having called and received answers that the tour is still there, I went to their office. Managers are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. we picked up a hotel, processed the documents pretty quickly, I made an advance payment for the tour and went home with peace of mind. There were minor problems with making the balance, New Year's Eve commotion and a catastrophic lack of time, I could not reach them in any way, thanks to the travel agency, they met me halfway and sent a courier with documents and for the balance. We celebrated the New Year in a luxury hotel in Tenerife! Thank you Solaris. And upon arrival, a day or two later, the manager called me and asked how we had a rest, it's nice that you don't leave your clients. Well done! Thank you!
