We had to fly from Chernivtsi, and we flew from Kyiv, she organized everything for us, worried about how we got there, called. I used their services last year, always happy. This time we flew through JOIN AP, everything was on time with the transfer, the only thing was that the plane was canceled from Chernivtsi and we flew from Kyiv, but there were no delays. I don't even remember the hotel guide, the representative of JOIN AP, he didn't care much, I saw that some people complained, asked for help from the guide, but he didn't help, just shook his head and continued to do what he did. If, God forbid, there were any problems, I do not think that this guide would help us in any way, it seems that he is resting there, not working.
