I turned to the travel agency "Sofia Tours" on the recommendation of friends. Great job by the managers. Patience and polite communication. Competence, support, always in touch, assistance in preparing and obtaining a package of documents for vacation - these are all the big pluses of this company.
The first trip abroad, the travel agency is in a completely different area, one of the vacationers is a foreigner (and not a Ukrainian) = a lot of fears and doubts. But the managers (Tatyana worked with me) are very professional.
Reliable travel company.
I recommend.
