In October 2011, we purchased 2 tours for the New Year through the travel agency OOO Sagittarius-Tour, sold the tours to the gene. director - Zaitseva E.N. Fraudulently, this woman took 100% of the advance payment from us, and for her own purposes spent our money on her own needs. The trip was cancelled. She first gave us numerous promises that she would return the money, then she came up with stories that the tour operator was to blame, as a result, in April 2012, we filed a joint lawsuit against 5 victims at the hands of this woman.
Of course, we won the court, the court decision came into force. But this lady does not comply with the court decision!!!
Next, we are going to initiate a criminal case, on the face of fraud and evasion of the execution of a court decision.
Just for the sake of principle, now I want to bring this matter to its logical conclusion, so that ZAYTSEVA ELENA NIKOLAEVNA will forever understand that fraud in our country is punishable, and stealing money from people is the last thing, you need to learn how to earn money!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
