Phoenix tour

We chose Tez Tour because it is well known and afloat. I did not want to get into a one-day firm.

We called the hotline of this tour operator, we were connected to this Phoenix Tour, their authorized agency, because. it was closer to our house (this company is located on Leninsky Prospekt).

Before talking with the tourism manager, we have already chosen the hotel and the country we want to fly to. Those. the manager had only to book the tour we had chosen. We also decided to apply for a visa to Greece through them, because. they assured us it would only take 5 days. This is where it all started... This design took 2.5 weeks.

Also, the tourism agents did not indicate in the application when booking our wishes for a high floor and a room closer to the middle, so that the view was directly to the sea, for this we naturally also paid extra, what was our disappointment when, upon entering the room, we realized that our room was located on the lowest floor, and the view of the sea is not only on the side, but also the balcony of the room is located above the dirty roof of the restaurant, and right in the middle of which a palm tree grows

In general, the company showed itself not from the best side. With the simplest task they did not cope. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were required to pay 3 euros for each night of our stay at the hotel. It turns out that this is a tax collection in Greece, it was a very unpleasant moment, the agency should have warned about this.

We won't be buying anything through them.
