Good afternoon
I applied for a Schengen visa through the Toptrips travel company, where as a bonus we were offered a free trip to Finland, the so-called shop tour. We, of course, were delighted with such an unexpected and pleasant gift, as it turned out, prematurely.
The manager gave me two coupons for a free trip: without identification marks and numbers, on which only the company logo and the driver's phone number appeared. I called the contact person and arranged a trip, neither the visa numbers, nor even our names, the contact person was interested. We were just given a time and place to meet.
At the specified time, we met with the driver. I must say that he was extremely nice and adequate, and the car as a whole was in a satisfactory condition, and we went there quite well. At the entrance to the border, we were given a block of cigarettes - moreover, they gave us, and did not ask to be taken - this was the beginning of a nightmare.
Having passed the border, we went straight to the TIRE CENTER, where we spent about an hour. When we got to the car, it was full of tires!!! The rear seats were folded down and the wheels took up most of the cabin and were NOT secured in any way.
For those who, like me now, do not have a close acquaintance with tires, I will explain that this is not the most pleasant neighborhood, since this product stinks godlessly, and in the cabin of a poorly ventilated gazelle crammed with people, the effect is greatly enhanced.
There was nowhere to go. We were actually put before the fact. No, of course, we could go home on foot across the border, but you must admit that this is not the most advantageous option? ((
As a result, we nevertheless stuffed ourselves into the car and drove to the city, bouncing a couple of times on bumps with the risk of being forked by Finnish wheels.
SUMMARY: I have no complaints about smugglers, everyone earns as they can, and in general they behaved quite courteously.
But to the Toptrips company, which gave me a smuggling tour for tires (which, by the way, can be obtained on the Internet for free, because smugglers need fresh passports to export goods), and positioned it as a compliment to the client, I send ardent greetings .
I do not recommend anyone to contact this office, which not only does not provide information, but also uses clients for personal purposes. A large firm that does not value its reputation so much is nonsense. Friends, if you were also presented with a similar tour, I strongly recommend throwing this present into the trash can, or rather tear it apart, because walking with tires is a dubious pleasure.
