I really liked the travel agency "Top Trips"!! I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all employees of the agency and hope for further cooperation! Special thanks to Ulyana and Valentina!
Professionalism and competence of employees! This is what distinguishes this agency from all the others! Once again I am convinced of this (Dominican Republic, Greece and now Phuket)!
This time I decided to go to Phuket during the New Year holidays!
I am always meticulous in choosing a tour! This is my vacation!))
The manager Ulyana worked with me. It was important for me in which area of the resort my hotel would be located, the quality of the services provided at the hotel itself and, of course, the remoteness of the hotel from all kinds of entertainment places in Phuket and the sea, of course !! The manager offered accommodation options, dates of departure / arrival ... All were carefully studied up and down (hotels, resort areas and dates).
The documents were processed on time, a few days before the departure, attentive managers called and invited to receive the necessary set of documents, and it was undoubtedly very pleasant!
The result of the work done by the company's employees was my fabulous two weeks spent on the island of Phuket! Everything was top notch! The hotel is first-class (I will tell you in secret that it is new and with a pool and pulls on all 5! ;-)) P.S. Hill Resort 3 *, new rooms! On a hot afternoon there is an opportunity to plunge into the pool!). The guests of the hotel were Italians, Japanese, French. There were few Russians.
The hotel provides a free tuk-tuk that took us to the sea, shopping, and in the evening to the disco and back! There is a PC with free access to the Internet 24 hours, but since we did not come for this, we did not use it!) I can write endlessly...))))
Nature! Sea! Relax! Words can not tell everything.
You need to feel it and of course see it with your own eyes!!
Repeatedly applying for a ticket to this company, I have always been satisfied with the fulfillment of obligations, and therefore I can confidently conclude that professionals work at Top-Trips! Once again, THANK YOU for the breathtaking emotions associated with a great vacation!!! Stay tuned for tickets!! I'll be there soon!!!))
