Very good customer service, good prices

It's good that I saw the rest of the reviews only after I returned from the travel tour)) I don’t know what happened to the previous girl, but I can say that everything went well with us (we returned from vacation a few days ago), although it was scary -the first time I bought a package tour (before, I booked the hotel myself all the time, and took plane tickets). But with the advent of a child, everything changes))) The most important thing for me was a guarantee that the rest would correspond to what the managers said. And so it happened: we bought a tour to Bulgaria, asked to pick up a good hotel, as a small child and didn’t want any problems with either neighbors or food (we were warned that not all hotels had food at its best), plus the beach was important (so as not I had to spend half a day to get to the beach - you know). As a result, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the beach and food)))). We rested in Nessebar, we were lucky with the weather, it was not very hot.

So I highly recommend going to this resort with children. As for Travilata, their service is just excellent: I bought and booked everything on the 1st day, all the documents came to the post office and even SMS notifications came, which is very convenient for us, restless mothers - you never know what will happen or change. I think I’ll leave independence for a while and while I use ready-made tours, it turns out that it makes life so much easier !!)
