Review of travel agency Travel Shop

A wonderful girl Natasha works in this agency, she advised us on all issues, advised and arranged everything. Here she can be put straight 12+, well done. She even called later and asked how we were doing, how we went. Very nice and pleasant manager. We did not have any transfers, which we were glad about. We had a tour operator Anex Tour, everything was also fine with them. They met us, threw us on the bus and took us to the hotels, there were no problems. There was just a very impudent guide, unfortunately, I did not remember his name, but he was terribly conflicted. The guide wanted to sell his tours at a space price, but that's not the point, we had small children and we were uncomfortable. We asked at once to tell everything about the case at the meeting, and then to tell them about our trips. A very cheeky man. We were not yet told that the cost of the tour includes free city tours and, accordingly, our guide did not say anything about this and we were simply not invited to these excursions. So we didn’t get on them, it was a little unpleasant. And so, in addition to the guide, everything was fine.
