''Unforgettable'' vacation

I want to share my impressions about the trip to Taboo Egypt. My husband and I bought a tour from Pegasus through one Kharkov tour agency. Everything was fine until we arrived at Boryspil airport. The flight indicated in the voucher for the flight on February 10, 2012 at 14:00 was not listed on the board. And what was our surprise when we heard from the informant that our flight left at 4-30 in the morning!!! SHOCK! It was a SHOCK! Nobody bothered to tell us about it! this is a normal attitude towards our customers! Raising a panic, we, of course, received help from our travel agent; we booked tickets for the next flight to Egypt, to Sharm el-Sheikh on 11-02 at 14-00, the flight of which was delayed until 20- 00, we were provided with a transfer to Taba. We arrived in Taba at 4-00 12-02, having lost TWO DAYS of our long-awaited vacation!!! Someone is to blame for this! only we don’t know who! One thing I know for sure; we will never again trust Pegasus with our money and nerves!! !We rested the remaining five days, and every day something negative reminded us of Pegasus. It all ended with the fact that we had some problems with the flight from Taba, about which no one said anything, but they did not want to give boarding passes for the plane. As a result, with the rest this year, to put it mildly, we were not lucky! There was a very negative aftertaste. PEOPLE! If you want your vacation to be comfortable and unforgettably wonderful, choose a more serious tour operator!!!!!
