A week before departure we bought a tour to Montenegro, travel agents promptly made documents in which we found errors ... began to think that all reviews of fraudsters are true, but we processed all documents in a day (tickets, insurance, vouchers) and the planned vacation passed no problem - we got everything we were promised.
My recommendations - check the documents for receipt and read reviews about the villa - not always a tour operator and travel agent knows about it better than people from personal experience.
