Rest in Turunc. Representatives of Intourist were met near the airport and taken to the hotel. We were not warned that the second part of the path would be a wild serpentine, we did not wait for the end of accommodation in the rooms. In the morning, our representative of Intourist (Ramiz) reluctantly listened to information about the problems in the hotel (lack of warm water, safes and other services declared during the sale of the hotel, lack of places on the beach, non-working air conditioners, a request to change the room, etc.), did not solve ANYTHING and only said that he had another hotel, and we chose this "hole where you will die of boredom" ourselves. We never saw him again and he didn't return calls. Even at the time of the tremors, when the entire hotel was outside in the middle of the night, he did not get in touch, and was annoyed that he was woken up in the middle of the night.

Having phoned the embassy, ​​we found out that Intourist was OBLIGED to settle the information issue in this non-standard situation, to resolve issues with accommodation and, in general, to keep everything under control and be with his tourists.

On the day of departure, the bus was late for 30 minutes, the flight was not reported about the delay!

There was NO support and assistance from the travel agency. Why is she needed at all?
