I want to leave my review about the agency Sonata Travel on the street. Dmitrievskaya in Kyiv.

I turned to them for a visa to the UK. I draw your attention to the fact that all the amounts for agency services on the site are not correct. Sums for services are many times more expensive, and this is not formalized by any contract. and no receipts. This is the first agency with which I cooperate and which does not draw up any documents. So be careful with service fees.

For example, on the website, information on a standard package from servants for obtaining a visa to the UK is indicated as 1800 UAH. In this case, in fact, the cost indicated by the agent is 150 euros.

And the services provided were of poor quality. Before filing, errors were identified when filling out the questionnaire and the agent does not have the information. that it is necessary to register at the visa center before submitting documents, and not just sit and wait for your time. That is, it turned out that, at least 30 minutes, I sat waiting for my time and after I was returned for registration.

While waiting, I watched the pictures when the agents accompanied their clients, registered them and waited with them for the filing time. In Sonata, agents for 150 euros do not do this !!!! Probably not enough for the service. At what this cost the highest for such services.

When registering at the center, you must indicate your email address to which you will receive information about the status of your documents. But since, when filling out the questionnaire, the agent indicates a technical e-mail, and you do not know it, then without an agent, when registering, you indicate your real address. And so it was done by me, about which I informed the agent. But she ardently assured that they would see the information about the documents only from the technical address and of course they would inform me about all the movements. But the main task of this agency is to get money from the client. Everything that will happen after is the problem of the client himself. Once they got ALL the cost

Sonata: indeed, during the period of providing services to you, our prices for services changed. And we have not yet managed to post new information on the site. BUT: the real cost of our services was announced to you by the manager, you accepted it and agreed with it, as evidenced by your further actions.

Sonata: the provision of services was not formalized by the contract due to your insolvency. Didn't you ask the manager to meet you and accept the documents without a contract and payment? Didn't you repeatedly, on the day of submission of documents at the visa center, again failed to conclude an agreement and pay for our services? Didn't you ask the manager to give you ALREADY READY documents, referring to a 10-year dream of a trip? You motivated your insolvency by an acquaintance who will arrive in July and will pay us for the services rendered.

To be honest, when I read the answer to the review from Sonata, I thought that some nervous manager was writing, and then when I saw the signature that the commercial director was writing, I was shocked by the tone. It seems that he became a participant in a showdown somewhere in the yard. This is not professional level.
