I applied for a ticket search with a list of specific requirements for 7-10 different travel agents, all offered a standard set and no one could offer what I asked for. I found Elena by accident (on Instagram), she responded quickly, just like everyone else, but from the first minutes she simply enveloped me in location and conquered me with an individual approach. As a result, the next day we already made an advance payment (it was a weekend) and on Monday we already bought a tour.
