We flew from May 1 to May 11 to Alanya, Club Caretta Beach Hotel 4 *. No problem. Thanks Svetlana. I only came to pay for a ticket to the office on Ligovsky, otherwise we communicated by phone and e-mail. For 1 day they sent me tickets and documents by email. mail, all without problems, flew chic, met us perfectly. The hotel is wonderful. Meals "for slaughter": plenty of meat, vegetables, fruits, sweets - several tables. The room is good, with a view of the sea (No. 522). The staff is exceptional, polite, friendly, unobtrusive. Many tourists from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany rest in the hotel. The staff speaks Russian, tries to please, children are very fond of. Check-in was supposed to be from 12, but we were brought to the hotel at 10. They immediately offered to have breakfast, although breakfast had already ended, after 20 minutes they settled (without a tip). Tipping - 2 lira or 1 dollar left the maid. Cleaning is so-so, but everything is so clean, no complaints. Either they just removed it or they didn't....

It seems that we ourselves lived very carefully, so I did not understand. They didn't sit in the room. The animation was good, the weather was great, the sea was warm (for us: I and my daughter are 12 years old), they didn’t bathe the kids in the sea, there was a small (shallow) pool for them, everyone was sitting in the pool, the animator Manola did an excellent job with the children - well done. My daughter is 12 years old - it was a bit boring, but we swam, sunbathed - nothing. The waiters ran along the pools, offered drinks, put away glasses. They work great and well together. The organization is at a high level, they took me to the airport, they met me everywhere - they saw me off, on the way to the airport (about 2.5 hours) they watched "Love and Pigeons". Brightened up.)) Thank you for a good holiday.
