I flew to Turkey this summer, my friend worked in this office, everything went well, there are no comments either on booking, or on issuing documents, or on the receiving side. In Turkey, the Tez tour worked well. But there is one BUT) now I wanted to book a tour to Egypt for the New Year from Tour Light, as the discounts are significant. I called a friend, she doesn’t work there, the company has a deplorable financial situation, they didn’t pay her a salary for 2 months, she said it’s better not to book, because you can’t fly anywhere at all. Employees work for free. The company makes reservations, tourists come, again, managers do not stay there, I called for advice and realized that they were taking just anyone.

Draw your own conclusions, if former employees are treated so lowly at the end of each season, there are more and more dissatisfied tourists, then you, as a future client, think about whether you should trust your vacation to a company whose director doesn’t give a damn about people, and obviously no one ever cares about your interests will comply. Yes, and in order not to be unfounded, in social networks, do not be lazy, find the people who worked in this company and ask whether it is worth contacting it now or not, the answer will be the same !! And it's obvious!
