THEREFORE, CHOOSE ANY OTHER FIRM ONLY NOT THIS ONE, THEY HAVE THE TASK TO CUT THE BUBBLE, AND THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU THEM WILL NOT ... BE. GOOD LUCK!!!!

And so, the continuation of my story!! After my comment, Elena Nikulina, director of Tour-Vacation, contacted me and offered to come to their office and talk about the current situation. I arrived, we talked for a long time, I told everything in detail, showed payments with a transfer of $ 1,500 for return tickets, SMS messages at what time I called and what time Lena's phone turned on, presented return tickets "although if a person did not board the plane, the airline I must report that people did not fly away "- in general, Lena Nikulina said that the manager Lena, who sold me the ticket, was 300% wrong, but she is now abroad and as soon as she arrives she will talk to her and find out the reason, in parallel she will contact the airline and find out why they don’t reported that there were no people on board. I waited two weeks, there was no call, I dialed myself, to which Lena Nikulina told me that there were no results, but the next day she called back and said that the airline was refusing to pay compensation, and the Tour-Vacation employees were not to blame for anything and offered from myself 10% discount on any tour i.e. threw a "bone". I flew in 2011 from the company "Madagascar" and met a girl there with whom I studied on the same stream and our communication consisted only in the word "Hello" and then she immediately offered me a 10% discount, so I consider Lena's offer as a "bone" . In general, we didn’t agree on anything and EVERYTHING is to blame, but not the Tour-vacation. Think several times before contacting this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In continuation of your story, I want to add to the above that the travel agency cannot be held responsible for your behavior at the airport, namely why you spent 2.5 hours in "Duty-free" and therefore did not appear at the check-in of your flight to Donetsk . Naturally, this is Elena's fault, TA "Tour Vacation", but not yours at all!? Or Elena should have accompanied you by the hand? I think the information provided in the office is more than enough to understand how and where to go when registering!

And what compensation can there be if you are late on your own initiative ??? In case of fault of the travel agency (not providing correct information about the time of departure), the tour operator, the cancellation of the flight, the air carrier (strike) - naturally 100% compensation for the money spent, but here I'm sorry, who is to blame for you, that you studied 2.5 goods in the store ??
Once again I will repeat having checked Elena's printout (she has a contract phone number) YOUR CALL IS NO !!Who and where did you call? Why didn’t you dial, if you didn’t call Elena’s representative, the phone number that was indicated to you in the documents? And stop writing incomprehensible reviews here with your wife, believe me. we monitor the quality of our work, the result of which is our expansion of the client base, as well as a high level of sales from operators! And in your situation, no one "threw the dice" to you, as you put it, but offered in the future (as to all repeat customers) the maximum
discount (note the size of the discount you determined yourself) no one spoke about 10% to you. And why are you writing this, I don’t understand either. I’ll tell you one thing, if your friend initially gives you such a 10% discount, you shouldn’t exchange for other agencies, especially if everything was so good!
