My wife and I were on a tour organized by Tour-Express LTD (Kyiv, Ovruchskaya St., 17). It was a bus tour to Italy (we have long wanted to visit this wonderful country). In general, the impressions about Italy were good, and we intend to visit this country again. But of course, not with such a tour operator as Tour-Express. Without exaggeration, the head of this operator, Evgeny Vasilievich (and on the same tour, our guide-leader of the group) can be called a fraudster, irresponsible and greedy person. This was felt in everything: in changing the tour program to please yourself (the savings were on everything: there was a night move to save on the hotel; excursion programs were significantly reduced in order to save on bus parking; visiting only those stores where the guide was supposed to receive a commission from sales ; complete disregard for the wishes of the group, etc.). Indicative was the moment when we lagged behind the group in Venice to take a picture (because if you run (in the literal sense) after the guide, you won’t see anything in this wonderful city) and started calling him to ask how we could catch up with the group, then he I didn't pick up the phone at all, probably so as not to "burn" roaming money. It's just kind of a nightmare. It's good that they themselves somehow went to the bus stop in order to get to the parking lot of the bus waiting for us. In general, we advise tourists to think very carefully before contacting Tour-Express and Evgeny Vasilyevich.
No one expected such a brazen divorce! The leader of the group is on his own. Everything that was stated in the program only partly resembled reality. All the way he was polishing his crown and collecting money "for excursions, for entering the city, for parking" but it turned out that he did not even have licenses. Where the money went is anyone's guess. Therefore, he read some crazy information on the bus, and then rushed around the city, not allowing him to see or take a picture. And who was photographed - he was lost and he himself was looking for a way back. The only value for the guide was liquor stores, where tourists bought up at twice the prices, and he then raked in alcohol on the ball. It was not possible to obtain any useful information from him or from his "assistant". Everyone had a selfish interest - For 10 euros, take them to those stores where they had a rollback. Tourists were left to fend for themselves. Everyone told each other where and how to go, although this is the duty of the guide. We could have seen much more if not for our guide!!!!! At the end of the trip, the group rebelled! In general, the guide is a deceiver and a drunkard. If you want to ruin your vacation, go!
Такого наглого развода не ожидал никто! Руководитель группы сам себе на уме. Все что было заявлено в программе лишь отчасти напоминало в действительности . Всю дорогу начищал себе корону и собирал деньги "на екскурсии,на вьезд в город,на стоянки" а оказалось ,что у него даже лицензий нет. Куда уходили деньги можно только догадываться. Поэтому он в автобусе читал какую то бредовую информацию, а потом несся по городу,не давая что то посмотреть или сфотографироваться. А кто фотографировался - тот терялся и сам искал дорогу обратно. Единственную для гида ценность представляли алкогольные магазины, где по завышенным в 2 раза ценам скупались туристы, а он потом на шару загребал спиртное. Ни одной полезной информации ни от него ни от его " помощницы" добиться было не возможно. У каждого был шкурный интерес- За 10 евро отвезти в те магазины , где у них был откат. Туристы были брошены на произвол судьбы. Все рассказывали друг другу, куда и как поехать, хотя это обязанность гида. Мы могли бы гораздо больше увидеть, если бы не наш гид!!!!! В конце поездки группа взбунтовалась! Вобщем гид- обманщик и пьяница. Хотите испортить себе отпуск-езжайте!

And all due to the fact that there was simply no time to study this office carefully, read the reviews of tourists, etc. due to incredible employment. Dear tourists, please carefully study the reputation of tour operators before paying for tours, so as not to get into situations like our group.
Все верно сказано. Мы уже достаточно опытные туристы, но такого отношения к себе со стороны этого проходимца (Матвиенко Евгения Васильевича-руководиделя и гида в этом туре) еще не встречали. А все из-за того, что банально не было времени через неимоверную занятость изучить внимательно эту контору, почитать отзывы туристов и т.п. Уважаемые туристы, изучайте пожалуйста внимательнее репутацию туроператоров перед проплатой туров, чтобы не попасть в такие ситуации, как наша группа.

Everything is according to their scenario: raising prices for excursions twice, completely ignoring "not their own" tourists, turning off the contact phone, targeted stores, endless claims against tourists who do not accept his intrusive service. In the end - a checkmate in the direction of a tourist who tried to clarify how the price for a tour on the return route was formed. Constant fuss, secrecy, nervousness, uncertainty, absolute indifference to the quality of tourists' rest. The program was not completed, the train got on the next station due to the professionalism of the drivers. It's a shame that such a short vacation is so overshadowed by the choice of agency.
Поездка в РИМИНИ с 29 июля по 09 августа 2016 года. Грустно, но подпишусь под каждым словом предыдущих отзывов. Все по их сценарию: подъем цен на экскурсии в два раза, полный игнор "несвоих" туристов, выключенный контактный телефон, целевые магазины, бесконечные претензии к туристам, не принимающим его навязчивый сервис. В конечном итоге - мат в сторону туриста, попытавшегося уточнить, как сложилась цена на экскурсию по обратному маршруту. Постоянная суета, скрытность,нервозность, неопределенность, абсолютное равнодушие к качеству отдыха туристов. Программа не выполнена, на поезд попали на следующей станции благодаря профессионализму водителей. Досадно, что такой короткий отпуск так омрачен выбором агенства.
