Terrible attitude towards customers. We read very good reviews about them and decided to buy a tour to Bulgaria for 10 days. The girl wrote down all the wishes and said tomorrow she would call back with offers. Five days passed, complete silence. Perhaps we are not profitable customers for them. I think that this is not love for their work, and just rudeness. We will look for another company.
