We were on a New Year's tour in Rivne. Lots of blunders. Managers in the company are rude, provide conflicting information, it seems that customers are not valued.
Group administrator Sergey does not have organizational skills and communication skills. The travel agency did not take care of organizing a centralized catering, as other tour operators do. Let lunches and dinners be at our expense, but you can organize them in advance. Tourists, on the other hand, do not navigate in a foreign city in order to eat quickly and tasty.
But I liked the hotel "Sofia", well, the program was completed in full. And our fellow travelers turned out to be pleasant adequate people. Thank you very much, it was nice talking to them.
