We came to the travel agency with the chosen hotel and departure date, the girl is very slow, we sat in her for 2 and a half hours, drawing up the contract, during this time the girl told absolutely nothing about the hotel and what is included in the price of the tour, she only went 10 times then from one office to another. When it came time to go to the airport, and we had a transfer to the airport included, our flight was rescheduled 6 times, as a result, we were delayed by more than a day, we were informed about the flight delay for some reason by the driver, and not by the girls from the company. Back in the company, when we booked a tour, the girl said that there could be flight delays of 1-3 hours, but no one told them that Joint Up delayed flights for more than a day, and when we had any complaints, she referred to the fact that we signed an agreement. When we asked where we would be contacted in Egypt if we had any questions or problems with the hotel, she did not answer us, she only asked what other problems. In short, the travel agency is very indifferent to customers, next time we will order to Coral, they will at least sensibly explain what’s what and don’t work with Join Up at all, they honestly warn about possible problems with this tour operator.
