06/17 Children were booked a tour package for the wedding in Sharm el-Sheikh on 07/24. Payment 100%. We agreed on a convenient departure time at 14:20. The documents were received by e-mail on 22.07 after 20:00. The operator did not indicate to the children that the time had changed from daytime to nighttime at 2:20. As a buyer, they didn’t send me any documents at all. On July 23, at 21:00, I asked my daughter if the departure time had changed, to which I received at 21:43 an answer that everything was OK, at 2:20 departure. Children live in Ternopil, to Kyiv at least 6 hours drive. Result: 850 dollars. down the drain, a new tour package for $ 700, where they made mistakes, nerves, ruined vacation and honeymoon. The cost of the road, housing .... we think we are suing, we'll see what happens. We strongly do not recommend.
