In November 2016, through the company, the family went on vacation to Egypt. They have direct flights to Marsa Alam. We chose the hotel ourselves. When signing the contract, issues arose that were partially resolved with the help of the company's lawyer. Everything was not bad. But upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that the money had not been transferred by the travel agency. We waited two hours to sort things out (instead of swimming in the sea). On the day of departure, we were waiting for the bus to the airport. He arrived, but we were not allowed to go there. Again, problems with the payment of the tour. Communicated with the Embassy of Ukraine in Egypt - did not help. After threatening to call the police, we were allowed to leave. At the same time, other tourists from the bus helped us a lot.

After arriving in Kyiv, we spoke with a lawyer and director of Feeria. We received a reply saying that everything is fine, you have nothing to complain about. Director Igor Zakharenko was there right after our tour. But in response to our fair demand to show the fact of payment, he said that the Egyptian side apologized for a long time and invited him to dinner. We were very happy about this. Apparently, Igor Ivanovich is well accustomed to relaxing without caring about his clients.

That's why,

1. Do not contact this firm.

2. If contacted, read the contract for the provision of services well. The hotel did not give us any documents confirming that there was no payment.

3. No one will help you on vacation, look for a way out yourself.

We report on the New Year's Voyage tour on 31.12.16-04.01.17.
According to the results of the quality control of the tour, which was held on January 7, 2017, most of the group, namely 70%, were satisfied with the trip. All telephone conversations were recorded.
The organization of New Year's Eve caused dissatisfaction of the remaining 30 percent.
Having dealt with the situation, we agree that our contractor, who organized this action, did not fulfill his obligations. The services were not provided properly.
Given its full responsibility for the situation, the following was done:
1. During the tour, we organized a free bath in tubs for the whole group, as compensation for moral damages on New Year's Eve.
2. We listened to everyone who came to us at the end of the tour.
3. Paid monetary compensation, presented certificates with discounts.
4. Worked with contractors.
Thank you for your understanding, for your indifference, for making us better, for all the feedback you leave on our site. We, as a responsible tour operator, did everything possible at that time.
