In November 2016, through the company, the family went on vacation to Egypt. They have direct flights to Marsa Alam. We chose the hotel ourselves. When signing the contract, issues arose that were partially resolved with the help of the company's lawyer. Everything was not bad. But upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that the money had not been transferred by the travel agency. We waited two hours to sort things out (instead of swimming in the sea). On the day of departure, we were waiting for the bus to the airport. He arrived, but we were not allowed to go there. Again, problems with the payment of the tour. Communicated with the Embassy of Ukraine in Egypt - did not help. After threatening to call the police, we were allowed to leave. At the same time, other tourists from the bus helped us a lot.

After arriving in Kyiv, we spoke with a lawyer and director of Feeria. We received a reply saying that everything is fine, you have nothing to complain about. Director Igor Zakharenko was there right after our tour. But in response to our fair demand to show the fact of payment, he said that the Egyptian side apologized for a long time and invited him to dinner. We were very happy about this. Apparently, Igor Ivanovich is well accustomed to relaxing without caring about his clients.

That's why,

1. Do not contact this firm.

2. If contacted, read the contract for the provision of services well. The hotel did not give us any documents confirming that there was no payment.

3. No one will help you on vacation, look for a way out yourself.

No, about the organization of the tour itself - in principle, everything was at a fairly good level: the tour guide, the hotels, and the program. But the representative of the company, who sent us from Boryspil, behaved strangely.

It is not entirely clear: the representative of the company did NOT meet at the airport or did he meet and send? For example, in our information sheet it was written that the meeting was to the right of the entrance, but it turned out that it was on the left.

He did not meet at all, he simply did not wait for us. And of course, he didn’t give us tickets, since he had the tickets, they didn’t send them to us by e-mail.
