In November 2016, through the company, the family went on vacation to Egypt. They have direct flights to Marsa Alam. We chose the hotel ourselves. When signing the contract, issues arose that were partially resolved with the help of the company's lawyer. Everything was not bad. But upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that the money had not been transferred by the travel agency. We waited two hours to sort things out (instead of swimming in the sea). On the day of departure, we were waiting for the bus to the airport. He arrived, but we were not allowed to go there. Again, problems with the payment of the tour. Communicated with the Embassy of Ukraine in Egypt - did not help. After threatening to call the police, we were allowed to leave. At the same time, other tourists from the bus helped us a lot.
After arriving in Kyiv, we spoke with a lawyer and director of Feeria. We received a reply saying that everything is fine, you have nothing to complain about. Director Igor Zakharenko was there right after our tour. But in response to our fair demand to show the fact of payment, he said that the Egyptian side apologized for a long time and invited him to dinner. We were very happy about this. Apparently, Igor Ivanovich is well accustomed to relaxing without caring about his clients.
That's why,
1. Do not contact this firm.
2. If contacted, read the contract for the provision of services well. The hotel did not give us any documents confirming that there was no payment.
3. No one will help you on vacation, look for a way out yourself.

I went through this tour operator several times and everything was always good, so I leave a positive response and express my gratitude. If you have a curiosity, it is rather an exception than a regularity and I see no reason to equate someone with small children looking at everything through the prism of your negative experience ...
Я їздив через цього туроператора кілька разів і завжди все було добре, тому і залишаю позитивний відгук і висловлюю свою вдячність. Якщо у вас трапився курйоз, то це швидше виняток чим закономірність і не бачу причин прирівнювати когось з маленькими дітьми дивлячись на все через призму вашого негативного досвіду...
