True, already at the hotel, we never met the guide, he didn’t even try to call us, as it turned out, we didn’t need each other .; we didn't need him, we didn't look for him, and he didn't need us, he didn't look for us. On a five-point scale, I can rate the agency at 4 because of the guide, it seems to me that he should have been more persistent in finding his wards.
