The second time I had to contact them was in June 2013, although I didn’t really want to, but I had to. First, I contacted them by phone, found out what I was interested in (and this is just a round trip), I talked on the phone with the manager, who is not very aware of what, how, where, I constantly asked the "directress" again, then she she snatched up the phone and said in a rude manner, of course, probably, a person simply doesn’t know how to do it differently, that we don’t give consultations by phone, come to the office. Two days later I came to pay the money for the fare, and it began .....
They said on the phone that the check-out was at 24.00 (especially since I told them the date of my departure) at the office they answered me at that time there was no check-out, only at 06.00, but this time does not suit me, as I had already arranged a meeting with the people where I went. To my argument that you said that there is a check-out at 24.00, I heard a response from the "headmistress" I personally did not tell you anything, that is, what her managers say is so ...... just words. ..Then I was told “I don’t like you and I make a decision who to sell tickets to who doesn’t” and they asked me to leave their office again in a boorish form, with threats if you don’t leave, we will take you out, because they had more a client they were worried about, that he might think badly of them.
In general, I was very disappointed, and I do not advise the residents of the city of Kirovograd to contact the Forte-V company if you do not want to face such rudeness.

я повторюсь, в Вашей фирме разговаривать не с кем!!! И скорее то, что Вы написали выше "В глаза говорить - стыдно, по телефону - не то, а писать - в самый раз, тем более, когда тебя любовь не греет" - стоит отнести к стилю, манере работы Вашей директрисы, это о ней!!! Так держать!!!!!! Быть может, надеюсь на это, совсем в скором будущем, нашим людям надоест терпеть столь неуважительное отношение к себе, со стороны работников фотре-в и мы сможем забыть о Вашем существовании раз и навсегда! Так как большинство клиентов, которые хоть раз к Вам обратились, больше этой ошибки не повторят!!! Успехов...
